Refund policy

At Celita's Accessories, I will always do my best to understand and assist you in a reasonable manner. Your rights are always protected by Australian Consumer Law, and I'm always happy to help.

Whilst I can't accept exchanges simply for a change of mind, I can replace scrunchies - subject to stock levels or availability; but not earrings due hygiene reasons and availability. Items that are damaged or faulty, or if the incorrect item/s are accidentally sent to you, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item/s and I will sort it out for you.
